If I could give 0 stars I would. Unethical and incompetent team who do not honour requests to remove data. They publish inaccurate data and personal information such as personal phone numbers and email addresses and ignore requests for removal. The staff I have spoken to have promised me on two seperate occasions they would remove my information. They havent and its been 2 weeks. They continuously have tried to sign me up to their service.

Take your business elsewhere. The information they publish on their websites is dated, incorrect, unethical or puts people at risk. Their product did not generate any new customers; we were not interested in renewing. I was asked by my boss to look into this organization, so I expressed interest on their site. I was then called times a day, often 3 times in a row, and emailed twice a day. On the 4th day I answered a call and asked not to be contacted over the phone again.

I was still contacted repeatedly. I'm currently blocking every number of theirs I can find. I was planning to use Zoominfo's service, but their sales tactics have sent me away.

I will look for one of their competitors in order to not support this kind of harassment. I don't know who that works on, but it will not work on me. Tip for consumers: Don't support this business. ZoomInfo's contract is nothing short of predatory and contains a auto-renewal two-months before the term ends.

We made the mistake to call the rep and say we didn't wish to renew but we were told that wasn't good enough by a written collection later 3 months later. Had to be in writing yep it did say that. We paid in advance for a year and stopped using the system early because the data was not useful to us. We serve homeless shelters with donated dollars and now we're sending thousands of dollars to these people and their lawyers and collectors. Imagine telling these shelters your contribution won't be coming this month.

Don't get involved with these people. Seems borderline unethical, but definitely not a customer-friendly organization. Tip for consumers: Be very careful before signing their contract. They also close any opportunity to opt out of auto renewal months ahead of the subscription expiration date. Products used: ZoomInfo sales intelligence platform. This is not a company but a money scheme of a company. I learn my big lesson with them and so help me God!

They overcharged me and even though i asked them numerous times to cancel the contract they refused to do so and wanted me to pay just two hours after asking them to cancel. Then they promised I would pay in installments but contract force i had to pay in full. Worse of all i did not want to renew contract and in the system shows auto renew.

And sent the amount to collections forcing that i have to pay for a service i have never used. Products used: they did not have all that they promised to have. Found my company information on their web site but there was a CEO whom I have never heard of listed to my company.

Looks like a site for people or wanabes to try an puff themselves out. Tried to contact this web site, they sent a link for support that dose not work. A human did answer the phone and send a link that also does not work. They have a lot of my personal info which I did not give. I cannot reach them to find out where they got the information and they will not delete it. I am a small business owner and was engaged by a sales person from Zoominfo, she appears sincere and nice and understand what I needed, she pitched the system and then negotiated a contract that appeared to later when I found out was not what I wanted and it was expensive.

As I was passed on by another colleague, he was really rude and did not listen to what I wanted but let me signed another contract which was more expensive. Then they scheduled an IT person who was rude and only gave me 15 minutes waiting time I was late but he could have waited to consult me as there was a time difference , he never followed up.

After 6months, the asked their Lawyers to threatened me to pay for the 2 years contract. A client contacted me today about misinformation posted on Zoom Info.

About my company. Derogatory remarks about both the principals and fabricated financials that we have no idea about where this information could of been derived, Obviously fabricated.

They give out incorrect information as potential online lead that are completely false. Do not use! Most of the information on their site if made up or just inaccurate. They waste time for legit business people who are trying to make a living finding the right people to contact and help solve challenges.

As a salesperson I know its frustrating to hear from 40 people a day but its worse when ZoomInfo has you calling the wrong people forcing them to take 40 calls a day.

The data for Europe is not even good; we got almost no return on the expensive investment we made on the platform, so our sales team decided not to renew. However, Zoominfo's contract is shady and sneaks in a tiny auto-renew clause in the contract; you won't hear from them again after you sign up until the moment your "opt-out window" for the contract expires.

We've tried to cancel our contract with a 45 days notice, but they claim it's not possible and we must renew another year because the notice is 60 days uncommon in the SaaS industry. Their reps harass you, calling five times a day to force the renew and threatening with legal action and debt collectors.

We are a company based in Europe, and the European Union considers this practice "unfair contract terms" and such lock-in clauses cannot be enforced as they do in the US, but still Zoominfo keeps sending constant legal threats, even claim that will involve the US Embassy in the matter, and harasses our sales reps and calls the office all the time with more threats.

I have reached out many times about wrong information about my company and have always been assured someone would get back to me Never happens. It seems that there can't be much in the form of checks and balances when someone submits info. They have a competitor listed as a principal for my company. This competitor has never worked for me in any way. I guess anyone can submit info. I was really impressed with the quality of the data and the automative tools that help make prospecting less manual and time consuming for my reps.

Unethical Company with unethical people. We have a long-time customer with ZoomInfo. The price point for the solution did not meet the value for our company. Love it. I swear by this tool and rate it higher than its competitors. I work in technology staffing sales and this tool has been the best for souring new and existing clients.

Love that you can customize you search by title, location, company, location and filter it to get a very narrow list of leads. It usually has the most updated list of contacts so you can use that list to cross reference with what you have and it provides you direct phone numbers and email.

Love that it gives both! You have a max amount of names you can extract monthly onto an excel. My experience with ZoomInfo has been solid. There have been some bumps, but when I communicated my experience and dissatisfaction with them in an appropriate way their team acted appropriately and reasonably to accommodate my concerns. They have a strong customer service team, and I would recommend this product to anyone looking to utilize a system like this who is willing to spend the money.

ZoomInfo is a very solid product and their service offerings are ever-expanding. I think they realize that they have been the major player in the market for a while now, however the market is starting to catch up, so they are adding new features, focusing on what their customers want and features they will utilize in order to offer them or better product and more streamlined system.

The system is very expensive and the data accuracy is not the best. These are really my only two complaints. Although they are big ones, you will find the same issues with data in any provider you go to, no matter their claims. Some will be better than others, but then they will be lacking in other areas. Sometimes it slows down my computer. Sometimes contacts and company pages are outdated and inaccurate. I was surprised to find that in outing previous contact databases for Zoominfo, the company was paying about the same, if not more, for databases of half the size and little-to-no direct contact info. The accuracy of the data. Zoominfo has more direct dials, including cell phone numbers and desk extensions, than any contact database on the market.

Zoominfo has very detailed data across all firmographics, but their employee count for small businesses between employees is often inaccurate. For instance, in populating a list of companies with 10 or more employees, a lot of those person companies may only have one or two Not a big deal, in considering their accuracy for companies with over 20 employees and all the other pros.

It use to be a 'steal', but the pricing has continued to increase since Discoverorg purchased it. Still a very reasonable price for it's value, but it is becoming frustrating as the costs continue to increase significantly. Rainking does not have the same depth for contacts. It has extensive contacts within IT departments and identifies c-level contacts at a lot of companies, but not nearly as extensive of a database.

Worth considering if only targeting IT professions. Has the same comparable level of direct contact info and a cool feature for viewing department diagrams for hierarchy of employees. For reasons stated above. Zoominfo has far greater direct contact info. Insideview is comparable for emails although not as accurate , but can not be compared for direct phone numbers they mainly only provide company phone.

If ZoomInfo can't find it, I don't think it exists. Apollo doesn't give you as many credits and I found most of the information they gave wasn't accurate. Zoominfo is really easy to use as a prospecting tool that connects well with Salesforce CRM on your day to day prospecting activities. This is no doubt one of the easiest to use lead generation, demand generation, and prospecting tools that I have ever used.

The buyer intent feature is useful and it does tell you the visitors of your website which is great for the sales team to see the interest of the prospects or opportunities to prioritize. I love how you can search a company and see the organisation chart of the company and see the employees. Either people have switched jobs or provided wrong emails. Which has resulted in higher hard or soft bounces for us. Also, the pricing is a bit too much when you get too much of quantity but not enough quality.

My overall experience with Zoominfo SalesOS have been amazing we see a major improvement in our prospecting numbers and it also helped us to save time. Zoominfo provides filters that are easy to use and it helps you to segregate the data as per your requirement. Integration with CRM is amazing and it works without a lag. It's just that sometimes the data present in Zoominfo is not that accurate as compared to Linkedin.

ZoomInfo has the largest database of companies, contacts in the USA, it helps our sales team, who are working with the US, to get relevant contact information and most importantly, the tool helps us to get direct dials. Software is very easy to use, it integrates with all of the most popular sales technology tools like Salesforce, Linkedin, Outreach and etc.

The best thing about Zoominfo is their largest database of companies, contacts in the United States. Like with all similar tools, sometimes data is inaccurate, outdated or there is no data at all. I have to reset my password almost every single time. And even that doesn't work sometimes and I have to contact customer service.

They also have a shady sales process which forces you to cancel your subscription months before it's actually over otherwise you have to pay for another year. Not surprising that they have to trap people into giving them money given how terrible their product infrastructure is.
